Postage and Packing:

UK - £3.00 per T-shirt, plus £1.00 for each additional T-shirt.

Europe - £5.00 per T-shirt, plus £3.00 for each additional T-shirt.

USA - £7.50 per T-shirt, plus £5.10 for each additional T-shirt.

Australia - £7.55 per T-shirt, plus £5.70 for each additional T-shirt. 

Delivery Information:

Any custom charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer and not of Frank William Clothing.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we can not change any details of your order, such as the following; the product purchased; the size of the item; the shipping address or time of delivery.

Delivery Time:

Please allow approximately 7 working days from the date of ordering for Royal Mail UK orders. 

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date of ordering for International orders.

Returns Policy:

We are happy to exchange/refund any faulty merchandise within 28 days of receipt.

Please fill out our 'contact' form, using RETURN as the subject and explain what is wrong with your product and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will respond to you as soon as we can, we aim to deal with your inquiry within 48 hours.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

Yes, currently the only way to purchase from Frank William Clothing is through PayPal.
